#Gift You do need paper statements mailed from you bank or mutual fund companies to show that you indeed have money in accounts that can disappear with a computer "glitch" (or cyber crime).

I had a very similar issue with Fidelity 13 years ago. I wouldn't trust them with an account for dog food. To this day, when I hear the word "Fidelity" my blood runs cold...
