It's very clearly stated in the Constitution. No weirdly placed punctuation, no vague or archaic terms. I don't think anyone has forgotten how clear the law is. Rather, Stephen Miller, Trump, and MAGA are using fear about "anchor babies" to prevent minorities from becoming the majority.
