at no point does the New York Times think it's important to objectively inform readers, based on 15 years of hard evidence, that both of these gentlemen are completely unreliable narrators with long, proven histories of falsehoods just somehow not really deemed relevant to the courtroom drama
Hard to know who to root for, but although I suspect Musk is going to lose, Altman does have a track record of lying and taking advantage of altruistic communities (see the New Yorker story on Altman that brings up the previous place he was Chairman/President, in which he embedded himself in firms)
