The basic constitutional flaw is the "winner takes all" effect. Mixed with permitting political gerrymandering and declaring that dilution of minority voting is not political but racial makes SCOTUS even more complicit in the dismanteling of our democracy. www.nytimes.com/2026/04/29/u...
