We still don't have the text of the MoU, but thus far there is nothing suggesting Iran made any concession beyond the ones it made in 2015. On the other hand, it looks like Iran got a lot, including a very large amount of cash.
so basically it looks like there will be some sort of deal signed next week, but critical issues will be negotiated for another 60 days (Iranian nuclear program, control of the strait - and maybe Israel vs Iranian proxies) Seems more like a formal ceasefire than a treaty?
