(Bloomberg) — Prime Minister Mark Carney said Trump administration officials have been clear that they don’t want to trigger a vote in Congress by changing the “fundamental architecture” of the North American free trade deal.

I love how we still pretend that Congress plays any roll in the current US disfunction. The mad king will decide what can and can't be done. I'd happily drag these discussions out until November and see what happens.
