One of my favorite summer salads, although it’s easy to make year-round. Don’t skimp on the flaky salt as a garnish. I enjoy switching up the chili pepper- Aleppo, Calabrian, Korean, or Japanese all lend a subtly different flavor. 🥒 🥑 🌶️ 🧂 🍋
