One of my favorite summer salads, although itβs easy to make year-round. Donβt skimp on the flaky salt as a garnish. I enjoy switching up the chili pepper- Aleppo, Calabrian, Korean, or Japanese all lend a subtly different flavor. π₯ π₯ πΆοΈ π§ π
