Sen. Round’s is technically right because Congress does not ratify. But JCPOA was approved by law under terms of INARA. @nytimes.com should correct his misleading statement.
Senators know we got a bad deal...a gigantic leap backwards from the Obama deal with Iran.
So now Republicans either need to go against their supreme leader, or they need to admit they got played.
A “deal” without publicly released details, without resolving any of the issues for which Trump went to war, and signed via autopen, which he had many times said was illegal when Biden used it.
