G.O.P. Kills Bid to Expand I.V.F. Access in the Military (Gift Article)

Last year, wide bipartisan majorities in Congress voted to expand IVF coverage for our servicemembers. But not this year. Apparently, we can afford the largest defense budget ever, but not a fraction of that to help our troops build their families. Outrageous.
