Europeans are failing to meet the moment, as the Putin/China/North Korea/Trump alliance prepares to try to break Ukraine this winter. It's past time for Europe to provide air defense resources and the frozen Russian assets to Ukraine, before the winter freeze, and more fascist electoral victories.
