Postmaster General Confirms Plan to Hold Back Mail Ballots Under Proposed Rule (Gift Article)

Postmaster general David Steiner proposes to not deliver mail ballots in states that decline to hand over voter data. He has no right singling out some states from others. His job is to deliver the mail, per constitution & will of the people.
