An investigation into NJ Lt. Gov. Dale Caldwell’s conduct has engulfed state politics. Here are details about an anonymous one-page complaint, mailed May 6, that set the scandal in motion. Dr. Caldwell has strenuously denied the claims, calling them “inaccurate, misleading and completely false.”
