Deprived pupils thrive after school reform but the left doesn’t like it

So, why do we have record numbers of young people with mental health problems and such a huge % of 18-25 year old NEETs? I’d suggest this must be because the sample examined in this test has been somehow skewed, meaning that the results are not valid.
