White voters in the Deep South (AL/MS/LA) are like R+60. If they voted even like white voters in NC (R+26) these would be blue states, and if they voted like GA whites (R+43) these would be competitive states
All data from the new NYT Voter Trends: www.nytimes.com/interactive/...
The 2024 electoral breakdown. Highlights regarding white America. Results are Trump-Harris.
White: 57 - 41
White non-college: 66 - 33
White men: 63 -35
White aged 45+: 59 - 40
The shifts from 2020 for these groups were all small (<+7), presumably because they are already so heavily Republican.
This is so sick. How many white men and a majority of white women voted for this pos. I still get so disgusted seeing tallies of voters. I watch those people behind him at the current rallies, laughing and seemingly loving what he says.

The hate non-⚪️ ppl got after Harris's loss & "90M "stayed 🏠", despite '24 having been a record yr for 🗳 suppression. We're a week out from midterms & white cis ppl, 🗣 to fam & friends, bc y'all keep 🗳ing ➡️ ⚪️ supremacy & blaming marginalized ppl for YOUR losses: www.nytimes.com/interactive/...
Interesting evaluation how people voted in 2020/2024. One, the US still has a race problem (no surprise). We have an education problem (disappointing). We have a woman problem (respect). We have a male insecurity issue (more than one would think).

Gifting this article ahead of the midterms to remind people that Trump is running amok because most white voters reelected him. 86% of Black voters voted against him.
Hopefully people vote in some check and balance.

Kamala Harris did not win because she did not appeal to uneducated white people. That says more about them than about her. Source: NYT #GiftArticle

Interesting analysis and insights here…no surprise that lesser education, more inclined toward TACO, but still disappointing (perhaps esp’ly women?) at how many supported TACO
…and the joker in the deck remains all the non-voters, all 89M of them!
C’mon America…you’re better than this…TURNOUT! 🤜🤛
