Opinion | Voters prefer Harris’s agenda to Trump’s — they just don’t realize it. Take our quiz.

The policies of Kamala Harris were much more popular than her candidacy. People agreed with her over Trump and yet still supported him. You have to address that reality. Obviously, there are many people who voted for Trump who didn't know what he stood for. www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/int...

The reason I am focusing on non-voters is that this was not a turnout problem. Most people preferred the policies of Kamala Harris. And yet they did not vote for her. So either they didn't know who wanted what, or some do not vote on policy. www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/int...

Most people don't understand which candidate has which policies. We can know this because the policies of Kamala Harris were incredibly popular. But she did not win. So obviously, people do not vote according to their policy desires.

Most Trump voters supported Harris's policies. That doesn't square with your notion. www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/int...
